    Unfortunately the Alexa app restricts international addresses from being set as the device location for your Echos. It doesn’t take the address setup in your in Amazon account, regardless of what region your Amazon account is set to.

    Hopefully Amazon will remove this restriction and open it up. It would be great to have Alexa in other devices, even where the Echo may not be officially on sale to at least compete with Google and Apple.
